Milestones
When we started in 2015, FlexDenken was nothing more than a loose association of people who wanted to leave rigid thought patterns behind. In the first two years, we developed an initial workshop format based on open dialogues and creative methods. The response exceeded all expectations – within a few months, over 200 participants attended our first events.
The real turning point came in 2018 when we implemented our first major cooperation project with a medium-sized company. Instead of predefined solutions, we jointly developed flexible strategies for digital transformation. The success of this project opened doors to further partners and confirmed our approach: adaptability is not a sign of weakness, but the foundation for sustainable success.
